General Comments

Roxy is a very sweet full figure gal looking for a family to love and cherish her.  She thought she had found that with her previous family but when they got ready to move she found her self at the pound very confused and lonely.  Rescue stepped up and saved her .  She is such a great dog wanting nothing more then to be loved by her human and spend time with them.  She is quickly becoming a favorite among the volunteers and staff that help take care of her at doggie day care.

She is currently a bit overweight so the wonderful RESCUE volunteers are working on getting some of those extra pounds off.  It helps that our gal loves and I mean LOVES to go for walks.  She will take you on an adventure every time.  She is a great leash walker only straying when she spots a bunny.   Roxy is very spunky gal and your days will be filled with fun and joy with this happy girl by your side.  So easy going and mellow, there is no way you can't fall in love with her.  A family that is going to include her in their daily activities and offer some snuggle time after your day is done is a must for our girl.  Also one that is going to continue to help her loss those unwanted pounds is a plus.  Don't make sweet Roxy wait another day, fill out that application now.  You won't be sorry.

 Roxy was given up by her owners when they moved.  She weighed 63.9 pounds when we rescued her.
