General Comments

Jillian, or Jilly Bean as some have started calling her, is just too cute!  Jillian has an adorable face, a beautiful coat, gorgeous eyes, and a very spunky purrsonality for such a little thing!   Although she can be a little shy, Jillian is sweet and enjoys attention from people. When you enter the room or sit down, don’t be surprised if Jillian jumps down from her perch and comes right over to you, meowing for head rubs!  It doesn’t take much petting to start Jillian’s ultra-soft purr motor humming, especially if the petting includes chin scratches!  She likes being brushed for short periods of time as well.  After you’ve spent some time petting or brushing her, Jillian will let you know when she’s ready to move onto a new activity which could be anything from snack time to playtime with her favorite wand toy!

After spending time with her person or engaging in playtime, Jillian is happy to ascend back to her favorite perch in her cat tree.  The cat tree perch is a perfect place for Jillian to pass time…it fulfills Jillian’s innate curiosity as she likes to keep an eye on whatever activity her person is involved in!  Her perch is also ideal for amusing herself with nearby toys or the occasional cat nap! Jillian is fine around other friendly kitties, but doesn’t necessarily seek them out for companionship. If Jillian is tugging at your heart strings, by all means fill out an application for this pretty little gal today!

RESCUE History

Jillian was given up by her owner when the owner's grandson moved in and was allergic.  We rescued her in 2014 and adopted her to another woman who had her until 2019 and believe it or not but she was returned again because her mother moved in with her and she was allergic.
