Minnie is a very pretty Calico with gorgeous coloring and enchanting yellow eyes. Minnie has a peculiar way of making and holding eye contact with you...it feels intense, almost like she is trying to connect with you and tell you something deeply important. Minnie has experienced much in her young life…rescued off the streets as a pregnant stray, Minnie arrived at the Humane Society where she gave birth to 4 kittens. With her kittens adopted and her spay surgery behind her, Minnie is ready to live it up with a new family!
Minnie is friendly and outgoing to all she meets, people and kitties alike! She is incredibly loving and sweet with her people, enjoying their attention and petting. One fun thing we’ve noticed about her is how much she enjoys people watching while at the PetCo adoption center. She finds everyone fascinating and will often times meow at people as they go by. When she’s feeling less subtle, she’ll stand on her hind legs with her paws on the glass to get your attention. We’re pretty sure she’d absolutely love a nice condo in front of a window where she can watch the world go by!
Minnie is super playful and will startle you when she suddenly transforms from demure, mild-mannered kitty to a walk on the wild side! Minnie loves to play with all sorts of toys, but when asked, she freely admits that if stranded on a desert island the one toy she would bring along would be a ball. Minnie loves to chase balls all over the place! She is a fantastic soccer player and will entertain you with the fierce dedication she displays when chasing those balls wherever they may roll! Minnie also adores batting around small stuffed toys, picking them up, carrying them off somewhere, dropping them, and starting all over again! Minnie enjoys wand toys as well and loves diving into the tunnel to fetch any toy that tries that method of escape! Since she makes kitty friends so easily, Minnie thinks it’d be great to have another feline friend or 2 to play with and keep her on her toes! But beware…Minnie loves food and will do her best to help herself!
When Minnie is worn out from playtime and her people are unavailable to snuggle with, she’ll make a beeline to her favorite sunny spot for relaxation and inevitably naptime. She loves her sun spots almost as much as she enjoys her playtime! Minnie will do well in most any type of home and will undoubtedly provide her new family with many laughs and much love!
Minnie came to the Humane Society as a pregnant kitty. She gave birth to four kittens which were adopted. She was later altered and RESCUE stepped in to help her.
