General Comments

Some rescue's are more special then others and Spencer is one of the special boys.  He hasn't had the best start to life and it seems he has been hurt by humans in the past.  When he first came into RESCUE's care he was very timid and shy.  Not wanting to spend time with very many volunteers.  But with the love and care from the staff at the boarding facility and the dedicated RESCUE volunteers Spencer has made huge strides.  He now enjoys spending time with his human and loves to be petted.  He is happy to go on walks to explore the big outdoors and does all this with the biggest smile on his face.  Oh and how he loves a good game of fetch.  Bouncing after the ball and pouncing on it and then bringing it back to start the game all over.

He can still be a bit timid in new places or meeting new people so someone that will be patient and give this sweet boy a few minutes is a must.  Spencer is finding more confidence as he watches the other rescue dogs play and enjoy life so a family that has another dog would be nice to help Spencer continue to gain confidence.  This little boy has so much love and joy to offer.  You cannot help but have a smile on your face as you watch this boy blossom and enjoy life again.  Please if Spencer sounds like the boy for you fill out the application today.  He is ready to take a chance on you are you ready to take a chance on him?
