Hi! �All is well at the Matney Compound. �Lance and Marcus are still best buds. The routine is that Lance wakes up at 6:30 a.m. and unfurls himself from our bedsheets. Marcus puts his paws up on the bed, Lance launches over his head and they are off on their mad dash around the house before going outside to potty. Lance tries to get Isaac to play by getting in the stinkbug position and play-growling. Isaac's tail thumps the floor but that's about all the play he can muster.

Last Friday we took Lance and Marcus to Flagstaff for the day �� perfect little road warriors. �His health is excellent. Still on his meds, due for another ultrasound in a few months. �We clean his teeth every night as a bedtime treat. He loves it.

Funny story - last time we went to vet, Lance growled at Dr. Howard. �So Doc

said OH NO YOU DON'T, NOT IN MY HOUSE, and took him by the lead into the back room. Five minutes later Lance came back smiling and Doc said, "it's you guys, he is protecting you two." �So all we have to do is hand him over to people and leave the room and all is well.
