We are becoming addicted to walking in the early morning hours. I was never a morning person, but Luc has changed me. He and Sue are so much happier if they get a long walk in the morning when it's still cool. I have been known to get up before 5 am to take them. On Saturday, we walked 5 miles. I am in better shape than I've been in a long time and I have to thank Luc for the inspiration.
