Oh my gosh, Lisa, I am the luckiest person in the world! This little baby is soooooooooo precious and is having a wonderful time! We've already been to PetSmart a couple of times and we are at work, right now, and she is sleeping. Gee, I guess it was just too much for her going through all the petting from my co-workers, this morning. :-) We will be leaving around noon. She has, yet, to wet or poop in my house or my office. (She DID just piddle a teensy on the first day when Fran was there, but that was it.)

She didn't eat the first night, nor the next morning, etc. Yes, I know, she won't starve herself to death, but last night I just felt she needed to get some protein in her, so in her 1/4 cup of food I mixed in a half of a slice of fat-free bologna in very tiny pieces. I thought she would just pick out the meat, but she ate all the kibble, too!

I have an appointment with her doctor on Friday, at 2:40. The doc will cut her nails and examine her extensively. We will be discussing a professional cleaning of her teeth, too (she has to be put out for that) and will be making an appointment for that soon after her initial exam and nail cutting.

Sara is a gem. I'm so lucky to get her and we've been having great times, together. We're outside a lot (in my backyard) and she enjoys her walks and I can't wait for Fall and Winter so that we can walk briskly outside even more often.

I smile at her constantly and she smiles at me almost constantly. I know when she's looking at me and I see her, I smile, then she relaxes even more and gets a tiny smile on her face. We picked up a great bed for her at PetSmart and she sleeps in my bedroom where she can see me. She is such a cool dog!

Thank you, thank you for everything! I will definately keep in touch, and anytime you wish to e. mail me, please, please feel free to do so, of course.
